Data Policy

This website presents results information based on the source recorded on each date page. We do not change a result except to correct a publication error.

Data source

The source for a date is the source name and URL stored for that date, when those fields are filled. If they are empty, no source is claimed on the public page.

Data processing

Numbers are stored as entered. Public pages group the five prize categories for a date and generate the date URL, title, canonical address and structured data from that record.

Data correction

If a publication error is found, the stored result is updated. A correction note can be shown on the date page. Report errors via contact.

Historical archive

Published dates are listed by year and month. Older pagination URLs under /all-results remain available, but the canonical archive is the date-based results section.

Update frequency

Pages update when a result for a date is saved or edited. The last updated time on a date page reflects the latest change to that date’s records.
